The Lead Pastor of City of Truth and Grace Assembly Pastor Dipo Fisho has charged national leaders to urgently address poverty, hardship, inequality and corruption plaguing the nation.

Pastor Fisho in his Easter sermon, titled “The Power of Resurrection”, said “Our leaders have a sacred responsibility to ensure that the needs of the people are met, and that justice and equality are upheld.”

He stressed that leaders must play more proactive roles in promoting development, ensuring adequate security, and fostering national unity and reconciliation in Nigeria.

He said “The power of resurrection inspires us to rise above our challenges and strive for a better tomorrow. As Nigerians, we must draw strength from this message and work towards building a more equitable society.”

He urged governments at all levels to imbibe these principles to drive progress and prosperity.

He also called on faith communities to play their part in promoting economic justice and equality in Nigeria. “We must work together to create a society where everyone has access to opportunities and resources,” he said.

In his appeal to Nigerians, Pastor Fisho urged citizens to be inspired by the resurrection message and strive for a more equitable society. “Let us rise above our differences and work towards building a Nigeria where everyone can thrive,” he said.
