Elite Pillar allocates land to 40+ clients, starts crop cultivation, eyes new commercial launch

Elite Pillar International Limited has marked another milestone in its mission to drive agro and residential real estate investment in Nigeria, with the successful allocation of over 40 clients across two of its flagship developments: Heritage Farm City in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and Heritage Garden City in Agbowa, Ikorodu, Lagos State.

At Heritage Farm City, more than 30 clients received physical allocation of farmland plots in the first official batch. Strategically located in the Off Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, the agro estate is already witnessing early stages of development. The company has commenced cultivation of key food crops, including cassava and plantain, with other crops such as oil palm, cocoa, and cashew scheduled to be planted in the coming weeks.

The allocation reinforces Elite Pillar’s commitment to transforming bare land into productive, income-generating farmland, a move that has been well received by agri-investors seeking secure, high-yield opportunities.

In Lagos, the second batch of allocations at Heritage Garden City, Agbowa, Ikorodu, saw over 20 clients take possession of their plots. Designed primarily as a residential estate, the project also includes limited commercial spaces intended to serve the growing community.

Both allocation events were attended by company leadership and key stakeholders. Opening prayers were led by Samuel Omoniyi, Digital Marketing Strategist. Mr. Oladimeji Husein Nurudeen, CEO of Elite Pillar International Limited, addressed clients, highlighting the company’s strategic expansion and its focus on building investor trust through timely delivery and transparent processes. Mr. Odunlami Olaniran, Chief Operating Officer, coordinated and anchored the proceedings, supported by Mr. Ahmed Muiz, Logistics Manager; Mr. Olaoluwa Kadiri, Project Manager; and other team members who ensured a smooth and memorable experience for all in attendance.

Although yet to be officially announced, the company revealed that preparations are underway for the launch of a new commercial estate, Heritage Garden City Commercials. Located just a short distance from the new Lagos NYSC Camp in Agbowa, Ikorodu. The new project will offer strictly commercial plots and is expected to launch publicly later this July or early August.

With active farmland development, growing residential communities, and an upcoming commercial hub, Elite Pillar International continues to redefine real estate investment by blending agriculture, housing, and commerce, creating sustainable wealth-building opportunities for both local and diaspora investors.
