EVC launches Riyadh Golf City in Ilorin, extends Sola Rahman’s ambassadorial deal

One of the leading real estate firms in Kwara State, Experience Visual Creations has launched its company’s fastest-growing estate named Riyadh Golf City in Ilorin, the capital of the state.

The company said it was part of its resolve to continue to tackle the real estate challenges faced by residents of the state especially on the issue of multiple ownership as well as improper documentation of landing properties.

Meanwhile, the firm affirmed Sola Rahman as its ambassador for the next few months.

Speaking during the launch on Thursday at the estate location, the Group Managing Director for Experience Vision Creations, Engineer Fola Oyedeji, described the Riyadh Golf City project as a testament that Kwara is where prosperity resides.

He further affirmed that it is indeed in the interest of all and sundry to do Business with the contemporary Brand stressing that Fulfilment and Happiness of its Customers is the sole reason why EVC transcends its peers.

Oyedeji said it was indeed a pleasure to birth this project in the heart of the state, adding, “I have been in Kwara State for quite a decade and I can tell you the place that has it all. The place where Riyadh is domiciled is one that someone would love to be in the future. It is eclectic with nature and artificial ambiance.

“It’s a place to call home and I am imploring anyone to secure a property that would give them hope and a higher chance of turning in a high Return on Investment in the near future,” he added.

In his remark, the Director Of Operations for EVC, Mr. Gbenga Ibitoye urged young people in Kwara State to take advantage of real estate.

Ibitoye stressed that the project aims at reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria as there will be a need for strategic partnerships, which include engagement with critical stakeholders in Kwara State.

He also encouraged the involvement of more young people in Kwara State in property ownership and investment.

Highlighting the goals of Riyadh Golf City, Oyedeji, revealed that the overall goal of the Riyadh Golf City project is to change the narrative of real estate in Kwara State, stressing the estate’s prospects, its possibilities, as well as a price review for the project.

The ceremony witnessed the presence of many esteemed personalities including the Commissioner of Works and Housing of Kwara, Hon. Abdulquawiy Olododo, among others.
