Excite Panacea Champions digital disruption at RTM West Africa Summit 2025

Excite Panacea, a leading supply chain technology company, reinforced its role as a digital transformation enabler within the FMCG space by serving as the Title Sponsor and Official Technology Partner at the just-concluded Route to Market (RTM) West Africa Summit 2025.

Held on June 19–20 at the Lagos Marriott Hotel, Ikeja, the two-day summit gathered over 1,000 industry leaders, decision-makers, and innovators to explore the evolving dynamics of marketing, distribution, and consumer engagement across West Africa’s FMCG landscape.

Excite Panacea powered the entire digital infrastructure of the event, from seamless attendee registration and speaker session management to real-time engagement tracking and immersive tech showcases. The integration of digital tools at the summit spotlighted the company’s mission to position data and innovation as key drivers of route-to-market efficiency.

Speaking at the summit, Godson Nkeokelonye, CEO of Excite Panacea, reiterated the company’s vision for a more intelligent and customer-centric supply chain:

“We are proud to have championed this important platform at a time when the FMCG industry is reimagining agility, reach, and relevance.”

A standout moment was the fireside chat between Nkeokelonye and Oghale Elueni, Managing Director of PZ Cussons, on “Digitising Route to Market: From Fragmented Data to Actionable Intelligence.” The discussion tackled pressing challenges around cost-to-serve, fragmented retail structures, and the strategic value of real-time data in enhancing visibility and decision-making.

Excite Panacea also unveiled its AI-powered supply chain analytics dashboard, engineered to navigate the unique distribution complexities of West African markets where informal retail dominates and data fragmentation is rife.

Brands in attendance included Coca-Cola, Danone, NigerBev (Best), Fleetwize, Tradesense, and several others across the distribution, logistics, and retail tech ecosystem.

Eniola Alli-Ayodele, General Manager at Excite Panacea, highlighted the significance of the Summit for long-term sector innovation:

“As a technology company rooted in supply chain transformation, we are proud to help shape the future of distribution in Africa.”

Excite Panacea continues to lead with solutions that unlock growth and efficiency for FMCG players across African markets, leveraging automation, integration, and intelligent analytics to deliver smarter supply chain outcomes.
