Experts task Nigerians on excellence culture
Nigerian youths have been urged to fight against mediocrity and embrace the culture of excellence and winning mentality to move fast on the ladder of success.
The General Overseer of Grace Assembly Ministry, Dr. Femi Paul and the founder of Olushola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA), Lanre Olushola, said this on Saturday, at the maiden edition of Excellence In Life seminar held at the Standard Alliance Events Hall, Lekki, Lagos. According to Dr. Paul, the battle against mediocrity is all about changing one’s reasoning from mediocre thinking to a winning one.
Evaluating mediocrity, Paul disclosed that we all get what we tolerate and what we give in life.
“It is about logical reasoning, it is not a war about oneself, with the government or one another. It starts with the refusal to live without planning. When you increase your winning-thinking capacity, you’ll have to give more opportunity to hold on and Nigeria will be re-shaped into a better place.”
