Family, Ogun community landlords to meet over court judgment
The Isadare Olakotan family of Idedo Community in Ota, Ogun State, will on Saturday, January 15, hold a meeting with landlords in the community.
A statement issued by the family’s secretary, Debo Dada, affirmed that the meeting would discuss “issues concerning court judgment in suit number: HCT/119/03, CA/322/2011 and MT/89/18 that granted certificate of warrant of possession in favour of our family.
“In the judgment, the court gave possession of land on which they built to our family through the execution carried on November 11, 2021. The meeting will hold at Kado Hotel, near the Bale’s Palace,” the statement reads.
It urged affected landlords to come with their receipts issued on purchase and other relevant documents, added that heads of the Ota Area Command, Onipanu Division and Iju Police Post have endorsed the meeting and their representatives would be present at the parley.
