Feed the poor, PDP chief tells wealthy Nigerians
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State and Proprietor, Pacesetters Group of Schools, Kenneth Imansuagbon, on Sunday appealed to prominent Edo indigenes to show love to the less privileged, the needy and the downtrodden during the Yuletide, stressing that it would reduce hunger in the state.
He observed that feasting, while the poor are in hunger portends very unpleasant situation for the country’s already worsened socio-economic conditions.
Imansuagbon spoke as his annual free rice train berthed in communities, including his hometown, Ewohimi in Esan South East Local Government Area and Agenebode, Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State.
The Philanthropist who donated food items and cash to Christ Family Orphanage Otoukwe, Agenebode also urged all well-meaning Nigerians to join hands with him to fight hunger and share with the less privileged, needy and the downtrodden.
