Fortreal launches real estate tax course, two others at AREC 2025

During the Abuja Real Estate Conference 2025, Fortreal Real Estate Academy, Nigeria’s leading and foremost real estate academy launched three additional courses to its real estate programme for realtors and developers in the sector. The courses include: Real Estate Tax Course, Government Regulations and Compliance Course, 100 Real Estate Q and A Course.

This is in addition to the other courses that have been running for 19 months consistently. The others include the Basic Real Estate Course, 7-Figure Marketing & Sales Course and the Real Estate Law Course.

According to the Lead Facilitator of the Academy, Raymond Ijeomah, “the Real Estate Tax Course is about gaining deep understanding of how taxation impacts the real estate sector and explore the key tax regulations governing real estate operations in Nigeria to avoid tax penalties and Government issues. This course was intentionally designed for Developers and Top-Selling Realtors who don’t want to use their hard-earned money to pay fines and penalties. It is also for Newbie realtors who want to prepare themselves for success and sustainability in real estate.”

With respect to the Government Regulations and Compliance Course, he mentioned that “the course is for Developers, Top-Selling Realtors and Newbie realtors who want to prepare ahead for the big days of real estate. It provides in-depth knowledge of government financial regulations and compliance requirements essential for running a lasting real estate company in Nigeria. You will also learn how to avoid heavy penalties/fines or imprisonment for non-compliance to your corporate/financial responsibilities.”

Every course at the academy is practical, relatable and usable by every real estate agent in Nigeria. The Lead Facilitator added, “This is the reason we’ve run our master programme for 19 months consistently with participants from across Nigeria and now, United States, United Kingdom and Ghana.
