
The Ahmed Idris Education and Less Privileged Foundation, under the leadership of Ahmed Idris, former correspondent of Guardian Newspaper in Birnin Kebbi and currently Chief Press Secretary to the Kebbi State Governor, in collaboration with the Masaga Youth Progressive Association (MYPA), a community in Bida Local Council of Niger State, the hometown of C.P.S, has sponsored no fewer than 500 youths for the 2025 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration.
According to the statement by the foundation, the initiative aims to empower and support less-privileged students across the Bida North Constituency and to ensure equal educational opportunities for all.

It added that the effort underscores Ahmed Idris’s unwavering commitment to fostering education and uplifting the lives of young people within the community.
The statement further stressed that the Ahmed Idris Foundation remains dedicated to transforming lives through education, saying that the sponsorship reflects a step toward reducing financial barriers for students aspiring to further their studies.
