Speaking yesterday through the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, University of Lagos, Prof. Rahamon Bello, the government said one of the ways the teachers can do this is by making their voices heard.
