Nigerian analyst Olaitan Moses Ojo has revealed that a groundbreaking public-private partnership in Ado-Ekiti has yielded extraordinary results, potentially creating a new blueprint for SME development across Nigeria.

A detailed impact report, officially co-published by the Ado-Ekiti Local Government and the highly regarded analytics firm, Ekiti Enterprise Analytics, has confirmed the massive success of the Data-Driven Enterprise (DDE) Model.

The model, an original framework developed by lead innovator and US-trained analyst Olaitan Moses Ojo, was deployed over a seven-month period with 42 local businesses.

The officially validated report presents a stunning quantitative analysis: participating SMEs achieved an average revenue increase of 28%, a 15% rise in net profit margins, and created 54 new, sustainable jobs. The statistical significance of these results was confirmed with a p-value of less than 0.001, ruling out chance.

This initiative marks a significant success for Ekiti Enterprise Analytics, a firm now being recognised for its critical role in steering public policy.

The government’s decision to partner with and entrust its economic development strategy to Mr. Ojo’s firm underscores the high level of repute the organisation has achieved.

In a powerful foreword to the report, Ado-Ekiti’s Executive Chairman, Hon. Dr. Femi Alade, hailed the partnership and its outcome. “This report is more than a summary of a successful program; it is a blueprint for the future of local economic development in Nigeria,” he wrote. “The DDE model has provided our local entrepreneurs with a level of strategic insight previously reserved for large corporations.”

Unlike traditional top-down support programs, the DDE Model empowers business owners directly, using a proprietary analytical engine to translate raw sales and expense data into actionable strategies via accessible dashboards. This approach has been lauded by policy experts as a game-changer for grassroots economic empowerment.
