The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has charged Heart Victor Nonso to court for allegedly forging a Diploma Certificate in Public Administration of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi.

The commission, in a six-count charge, filed before Justice U.I.
