Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, has approved the appointments of Dr. Chibuzor Iwuagwu, as Head of Service (HoS) and Dr. Perry Chinedu Njoku, as the Executive Secretary, Imo State Primary Health Care Development Agency.

In two separate statements, signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Chibuike Onyeukwu, Iwuagwu, who replaces Mrs. Alma Eluwa, who retired after completing her statutory service, hails from Ikeduru Local Government Area of the state.

Until his appointment, he had served as Permanent Secretary, in many ministries in the state.

On his part, Njoku was until his appointment, Head, Clinical Services, Federal Medical Centre, Polytechnic, Nekede.

The governor has directed the new HoS to immediately commence the process of engaging the permanent secretaries in various ministries with a view to retraining them for the task ahead.
