Insecurity, economy: Be patient with Tinubu, APC youth leader begs Northwest


The Northwest Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdulhamid Umar Moh’d has issued a heartfelt plea, urging Northwesterners to exercise patience and trust in the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The APC zonal youth leader, who led a meeting with his seven states youth leaders from Kaduna Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Kano, Jigawa, and Katsina made the appeal at a press conference held in Kaduna.

The Youth Leader empathized with northwesterners, acknowledging the gravity of the issues faced by them in their region.

“We understand the pain and frustration that the people of Northwestern Nigeria are going through due to the prevailing insecurity and economic difficulties,” he said. “We appeal to you all for patience and understanding. President Tinubu and the APC are fully aware of these challenges and are committed to resolving them.”

While calling on all Northwest APC youth leaders at states level not to disengage from their citizens, Moh’d urged them to continue with the enlightenment of the public on President Tinubu’s plans to resolve the twin issues of insecurity and economic challanges in their areas.

“I’m also urging the APC youth leaders from Northwest zone to keep enlightening and informing the northwest public on good inititiatives of President Tinubu and our northern public office holders,”he said.

He said despite contributing 43 percent to ensure president Tinubu’s victory, “the northwest and its youths are ready to work collaborate with the president, APC governers, and other party public office holders in delivering their promised manifesto and dividends of democray to the public.

“The public office holders cannot do it alone, so we will them to bring positive transformation to the country,” says the APC youth leader.
