A governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Otunba Olanrewaju Ajani Jim-Kamal, has kicked off his gubernatorial bid with a four-point agenda to restructure governance in Lagos.

Jim-Kamal, at his declaration bid and birthday celebration yesterday in Isheri Oke Mainland Club in Kosofe Local Council, promised that Lagos State would be the model for restructuring of the country.

He said human capital development would be a critical part of his administration, noting that setting up infrastructure without giving youths free and compulsory education and employment and providing a modern-day security network, would only increase social ills.

Besides, he said the four points agenda would include automated free and compulsory e-education at all levels, free e-healthcare facilities, social security and women emancipation, massive employment drive for youths, mechanised food production, infrastructural facilities development and modern transportation system, and lastly restructuring.
