Kaduna government lifts curfew in metropolis
The Kaduna State government has lifted the curfew in the city with immediate effect following the return of peace in the metropolis.
The night-time curfew has now been removed and residents are now free to go about their legitimate business anytime of the day.
Besides, a security review by the state government indicated that the curfew hours be retained in Kujama, Kasuwan Magani and Kachia towns.
A statement issued by the spokesman of the governor, Samuel Aruwan, stressed that the night-time curfew in Kachia is from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m., while in Kasuwan Magani and Kujama, the curfew remains from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
