The Kwara State Government has received ₦349,650,000 from the Office of the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to support the production of a film that highlights Nigerian institutions, promotes local values, and excludes lewd scenes or language.
The funding fulfils a pledge made by Senator Tinubu during her visit to the Sugar Film Factory on 29 January 2025. During the tour, she praised the state-of-the-art facility and expressed her commitment to supporting a film project that aligns with Nigeria’s cultural heritage.
