LAGBUS offers free ride to and fro venue of 2015 Lagos Carnival
Disu told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday that the free ride was intended to encourage more Lagos residents to participate in the carnival.
He said the free rides were part of the mass transit bus company’s contribution to ensure large turnout of spectators to the festival holding at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
“The LAGBUS will provide limited free bus shuttle services for members of the public from 9.30 a.m. on Saturday as part of its contribution to the success of the 2015 Lagos Carnival.
“We have in place designated buses that will offer the free rides to fun seekers to the carnival.
“The buses will move from Berger, Mile 12, Oshodi, Ajah and FESTAC Town areas of Lagos to CMS and Obalende,’’ Disu told NAN.
