Lawan greets Aba paramount ruler Ikonne at 93

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, has felicitated with to former Chairman, Abia State Traditional Council, Dr. Isaac Ikonne, as he turned 93 years old.

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, has felicitated with to former Chairman, Abia State Traditional Council, Dr. Isaac Ikonne, as he turned 93 years old.

Lawan, who hold the title of Onyentukwasi Obi 1 of Aba, joined family members, friends, associates, other traditional rulers and well-wishers, to celebrate the Enyi 1 of Aba on his birthday anniversary.

His Special Adviser on media, Ola Awoniyi in a statement quoted Lawan as saying: “I felicitate with His Royal Highness, Eze Isaac Ikonne, Enyi 1 of Aba on his 93rd birthday. I congratulate him on God’s blessings of longevity and for being in good health to witness this day.

“He has been a man of peace, with useful counsel to constituted authority and I pray that his domain will continue to witness peace and development throughout his reign.”
