Lawmaker commissions boreholes, other projects in Apapa communities

Adesola
A member, House of Representatives, Adedayo Adesola, has commissioned community projects intended to make life easy for residents of Apapa Federal Constituency.

The projects include boreholes and solar lights. Adesola also provided palliatives to over 2,000 people in the spirit of Yuletide.

The projects are located in Ijora Oloye (Ward E), and Ladejobi Street (Ward H), and consist of solar lights at Ladejobi, Sango, Arewa, Afolabi, Alasia, Ojuina and Matiminu. Other areas are: Ali-Iwo, Rabiat, Olodan, Olojowon, Zion, Sari and Amusu.

Adesola, who is also Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Health, said: “More projects are coming, particularly as regards schools; we are going to build new schools. There are also plans to build medical centres; primary healthcare centres in all the wards. We will ensure health insurance for the people through the Lagos State Health Insurance Scheme (Ilera Eko). At least, I would start with about 100 people from this constituency; the poor and the vulnerable.

“These projects are signals of the dividends of democracy for the people. Expect more from us as you continue to support us in prayers to be able to serve you better.”

He urged the constituents to take care of the projects.
