AN All Progressives Congress, APC member representing Nasarawa Central at the state House of Assembly, Alhaji Murtala Sodangi, has appealed to the state government to ensure full completion of all projects located in his constituency.

Sodangi, who made the appeal while addressing members of Nasarawa Town Development Association, Lafia branch, who paid him a visit in his office in Lafia, said “I want to appeal to our amiable Governor, Alhaji Tanko Al-Makura, to ensure the full completion of the projects sited in my constituency, to improve the living condition of my people.

“My appeal has become imperative because the expansion of the Nasarawa Dam project, which was started in his first tenure, is on course. However, the project is moving slowly, hence the need for the appeal.

“The 3km-road in Shagarin, Nasarawa Local Government Area is on course and the e-library has also been physically completed and inaugurated. Up till, now the place is not functional because there is no staff, among others,” he said.

The lawmaker said that the appeal became necessary in order to improve on the living condition of his people.

Sodangi, who is also the Chairman, House Committee on Urban Development, said the completion of the projects in constituencies would help to improve on the socio-economic activities of the people.

The lawmaker expressed his readiness to initiate people-oriented projects in his constituency to justify the confidence that the people reposed on him.
