London Center for Analytics, Cludive partner to expand global opportunities

A professional relationship that began through a LinkedIn connection has developed into a partnership addressing skills development, strategic positioning and access to opportunity.

London Center for Analytics Ltd (LCFA) and Cludive Ltd have announced a new partnership focused on supporting conversations and initiatives around career development, business growth, leadership, practical learning and the future of work.

The partnership began with a LinkedIn connection request from Dr. Victor Adekunle, Founder of LCFA, to Chekwube Uchea, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cludive.

At the time, neither founder anticipated that the initial connection would lead to a formal partnership. There was no partnership under consideration. What began as an introductory conversation gradually developed into a series of discussions about the challenges individuals, professionals and organisations face when trying to develop their skills, build credible careers, grow businesses and access meaningful opportunities.

“I came across Chekwube’s story on LinkedIn and was inspired by everything she had built,” said Dr. Adekunle. “Her journey, particularly becoming a UK Global Talent Visa recipient, stood out to me. Beyond that, I could see someone who understood visibility, positioning and how to build trust through authentic storytelling.”

Dr. Adekunle said Chekwube’s response to his connection request was warm and genuine, which encouraged him to continue the conversation and book a consultation.

“I knew there were people looking for the kind of opportunities and solutions we provide at LCFA, but many simply did not know we existed,” he said. “The more I thought about it, the more I realised that every day we remained invisible was another day someone could miss an opportunity that might genuinely change their life. That is why I wanted us to become more visible to the people we were created to serve.”

The initial consultation did not remain a single conversation. As the founders continued speaking, they repeatedly returned to subjects including careers, entrepreneurship, business development, leadership, skills acquisition, opportunity and the future of work.

Although LCFA and Cludive operate as separate companies, the discussions revealed that they were addressing different aspects of many of the same challenges.

Dr. Adekunle built an academic career and earned three degrees, including a PhD, before transitioning into the technology industry.

Chekwube had established her career and earned two degrees in Nigeria before relocating to the United Kingdom, where she later earned her third degree and experienced firsthand that qualifications alone do not always translate into opportunity. Rebuilding her professional career in a new country would later shape the vision behind Cludive.

Their respective experiences reinforced a shared understanding that academic qualifications and technical skills are important but are not always sufficient on their own. Individuals may also require direction, practical experience, professional relationships, strategic positioning and access to opportunities that allow them to apply and develop their knowledge.

This understanding influenced the creation and development of both companies.

Dr. Adekunle founded LCFA based on the belief that learning should prepare people for practical situations beyond the classroom. The organisation equips individuals and organisations with practical digital, data and artificial intelligence capabilities.

LCFA also provides learners with opportunities to gain practical experience through VividX. Participants work on live projects, address real business challenges and develop confidence by applying what they have learned in practical settings.

Chekwube founded Cludive after her own experiences demonstrated that expertise alone does not always result in career progression or business growth. Individuals and organisations may also require strategy, positioning, visibility, meaningful professional connections and access to relevant opportunities.

Cludive currently supports individuals and organisations in areas including career development, strategic positioning, business growth and talent solutions.

“For me, what started as a consultation gradually became something much bigger,” Chekwube said. “I realised we were no longer just talking about LCFA. We kept finding ourselves talking about people, businesses, leadership and creating opportunities.”

“That was the moment I knew this had the potential to become more than a client relationship. It felt like the beginning of something we could build together.”

As the discussions progressed, the founders concluded that the two companies were not attempting to provide identical services. Instead, their work addressed complementary parts of the broader challenges affecting professionals, entrepreneurs, learners and organisations.

“I think I realised it very early,” Dr. Adekunle said. “From our first conversation, it was obvious we shared similar values. Neither of us was driven primarily by money. What stood out was a genuine desire to help people, a commitment to integrity and a passion for creating solutions that make a real difference.”

Following the conversations, Dr. Adekunle discussed the situation with the LCFA team. The internal review led the organisation to recognise that its main challenge was not the value of its programmes but ensuring that the people who could benefit from them were aware that those opportunities existed.

“As we continued talking, it also became clear that LCFA and Cludive were not competing,” Dr. Adekunle said. “We offered complementary solutions. Just as importantly, I could see how genuinely invested Chekwube was in helping us achieve the vision we had for LCFA. At that point, pursuing a partnership felt like the natural next step.”

The partnership will include a series of conversations featuring people whose experiences represent different aspects of learning, career development, leadership, entrepreneurship and business growth.

Some participants will discuss education and practical learning, while others will examine leadership, entrepreneurship and the personal or professional experiences that have shaped how they approach their work.

Through the series, LCFA and Cludive aim to contribute to broader discussions about how careers and businesses are developed, how leaders are prepared and what is required to create sustainable opportunities.

The founders said the collaboration serves as an example of how an informal professional connection can develop into a working relationship when there is alignment in values, purpose and complementary expertise.

Neither founder accepted the original LinkedIn connection request, expecting it to result in a formal partnership. However, the conversations that followed created an opportunity for both organisations to identify shared interests and consider how their respective capabilities could work together.
