Lucky Igbinedion’s investiture as deputy chancellor holds today

Former Governor of Edo State, Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion will today be inaugurated as the Deputy Chancellor of Igbinedion University, Okada.His appointment by the Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Regents of the university,

Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, was issued on May 28, 2018.The chancellor said Lucky’s appointment as deputy chancellor and deputy chairman of the Board of Regents takes immediate effect.

The former governor holds a Masters degree from Jackson State university, Mississippi, U.S.A.Igbinedion served as a two-term governor of Edo State from 1999 to 2007.He had a track record of excellence as an astute administrator, who had also served in various capacities in both public and private sector.
