Many people were feared dead after a trailer rammed into a roadside market in Iworoko Ekiti, Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

The Guardian gathered that the trailer heading towards Ado Ekiti lost control and rammed into the market at about 8 pm on Saturday.

Casualty figure is yet unknown.

A source told The Guardian that a commercial minibus loaded with passengers was crushed by the truck before it rammed into the market.
