The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has condemned the recent kidnap of Justice Abdu Dogo of the Federal High Court (FHC), Akure, and demanded his immediate release.

The lawyers also called on security agencies not to only secure the immediate release of Dogo, but also to work towards apprehending the criminals behind “this dastardly act.”

NBA president, Paul Usoro (SAN), stated yesterday on behalf of the association that the act must be condemned in the strongest terms.

“This is one crime that must be condemned in the harshest terms by all of us and hastily unravelled, with the criminals brought to book,” he stated.
