The Vice President, Mobilisation, Benin National Congress worldwide (BNC), Comrade Osaro Joseph Obazee, yesterday, described Dr. Pius Odubu’s appointment as Chairman, Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and Bernard Okumagba as Managing Director, as a clear indication of President Muhammadu Buhari’s commitment and determination to develop the region.

According to him, the Odubu-led NDDC board is welcome by all true Niger Deltans.He described those who mobilised gullible youths to stage mischievous protests against fellow Niger Deltans as persons who do not mean well for the region.
