NATIONAL Human RightsCommission(NHCR) in collaboration with the National Emergency Management Agency and other stakeholders have concluded arrangements to flag-off the profiling of IDPs in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Thursday, 19th November, 2015.

The exercise which will kick off in eight centers in the FCT is aimed at ascertaining the exact number of ID by This initiative is against the backdrop of the dramatic influx of IDPs into the FCT with the attendant security threat, deteriorating and inhuman conditions under which the IDPs found themselves.
