The Honorary Grand Master of the spiritual organisation, Dr. Kenneth Idiodi, said every citizen should play a positive role that would lead to building a greater nation.
“Let every man take responsibility of our actions. It’s our actions that brought the nation to where we are at the moment.
“If the next generation of leaders take responsibility for their actions, and imbibe discipline, selflessness and efficiency, the country might as well be moving in the right direction.”
Speaking on the theme, the lead speaker, Mr. Anthony Okorie, said for Nigeria to achieve growth, citizens must shun religious intolerance, ethnic bigotry and accommodate one another.
He maintained that the economic hardship, insecurity, banditry, power failure, poverty and all the misfortune faced by the nation would become a thing of the past if the people apply new approach of discharging thier responsibilities.
“We are all involved and we must take the blame. If we take responsibility for our actions, we will make progress,” Idiodi stated.
