The lawmaker representing Zaria Federal Constituency of Kaduna State under the All Progressive Congress (APC) may be considered as the next Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
Close sources revealed to our correspondent that the lawmaker from Kaduna state, has received the blessing of the president-elect to succeed Femi Gbajabiamila as the next Speaker of the House of Representatives, in the 10th National Assembly.
A credible source close to the president-elect hinted our correspondent that Gbajabiamila is also one of those championing Abbas’ ambition and he has confidence in him as a worthy successor.
