Bothered by the need to promote green spaces in line with climate change policies and to curb climate concerns, Polymath Real Estate Limited has committed to creating a nature- and green-powered estate environment through its Eden Garden Estate project. The project, with the slogan “Beginning of Nature,” would be the first of its kind in Epe.

The project aims to make average Nigerians landowners and focuses on affordability, eco-friendly environment, great infrastructure, profit, trust, and security. The estate, which goes for ₦2m per plot pre-launch price, would offer profit to its subscribers because key measures to ensure growth are put in place. With properly constructed and structured drains, the estate would focus on planting and maintaining trees to achieve an eco-friendly environment and a beautiful scenery, resulting in a botanic resort.

The garden offers its subscribers profit on the land, because, excluding the fact that there would be an increase in the land value, they have searched out sustainable ways through vast knowledge of the market and key growth steps to initiate to achieve land appreciation within a short period of time. There would also be an indemnity clause for clients in case of unforeseen circumstances, which would take them back to their original position.
