Shola Okodugha is on a mission to raise a generation to become the best versions of themselves which could especially be seen in his mentorship programme and various business expressions.

He has been able to proffer ground breaking solutions for his clients, while working with a team of young, creative and vibrant minds, as the Creative Director of Creations Republic, a leading Marketing Communications agency with some of the best clients in the industry.

Okodugha, who is the author of ‘The Power of A Generation’ is also the founder of Knight Code, a Coaching and Mentoring organisation with the mission of raising new leaders with the right mindset.

The Knight Code runs for six intensive weeks with coaches like Former Vice President, Republic of Liberia, Chief Dr Jewel Howard-Taylor; Former Governor, Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan; Co founder, The Sahara Group, Mr Tonye Cole; Former Commissioner for Health, Lagos State, Senator Adeleke Mamora; CEO Immerse Coaching company, Debola Deji-Kurunmi (DDK) and Member, Oyo state House of Assembly, Honorable Seyi Adisa.

With the belief that there is a great need to help the new generation identify their strengths and increase their capacities where leadership is concerned, these coaches go on an intentional journey to train the minds of young professionals and entrepreneurs by instilling the qualities a great leader should possess in them with practical scenarios and opportunities for networking.

Even more noteworthy is his role as the Senior Pastor of The New Church, a church with the mandate to develop a supernatural army/people for God.

This mandate is also evident in the yearly conference, The Next Conference, as he continuously drives the message of exemplary leadership with the goal of raising men as leaders and culture shapers.

Okodugha also anchored The Sand Movement, a dispersion of the church’s Ikeja installation to seven different locations in one Sunday to hold church service in Lagos State bringing over a hundred people to the fold.
