Borno PDP rejects senatorial election results, to challenge INEC in court
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Borno state has yesterday rejected the senatorial bye-election results of Independent National
Electoral Commission (INEC) in which Alhaji Babakaka Bashir Garbai of All Progressive Congress (APC) was declared winner by the commission’s returning officer, Prof. Mohammed Fannami at the weekend.
Addressing a news conference Monday in Maiduguri, the PDP candidate, Alhaji Kaka Bolori alleged that the Saturday Borno Central Senatorial bye-election was not “free and fair,” as agents of six political parties were however; ‘harassed and intimidated’ by the police and members of Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) at voting centres and police stations

How I wish we can independent video clips to substantiate the claims. Let the aggrieved persons go to court and slug it out.
