As Nigerians await President Bola Tinubu’s appointment of aides, officials at the State House, Presidential Villa, Abuja, have begun replacement of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s portraits with the official photographs of the new President.

This is just as the Vice President, Kashim Shettima, on Tuesday arrived his office at 1pm.

Most offices have started wearing the official photographs of the new President and Vice President respectively, signaling the formal commencement of a new administration

In the same vain, the framed official Pictures Wall along the corridor leading to the office of the President has been cleared of photographs of the old administration, and awaiting the display of pictures from the activities of the new President.

Sources in the Presidential Villa on Tuesday disclosed that the State House is eagerly awaiting the new President

“We have cleared the picture walls and as you can see, we have also placed the official photographs of the new President,” a source said.
