One of the Board members of Fidson Healthcare Plc, Mr Ekwunife Okoli, who died recently, was buried in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

Corporate Services Manager, Fidson Healthcare Plc, Mr Temitope Akindele, said before Okoli’s death, he served as a non-executive director on the Board of Fidson Healthcare Plc., from January 2021 until his demise.

Akindele said: “Throughout his time on the board, he held several roles, including serving as the strategy and business development committee chairman and being a valuable member of the governance, nomination and remuneration, financial, general purpose, as well as the risk, audit and control committees”.

Akindele said the deceased served as an executive director, marketing at Diageo and was a one time managing director of Guinness in Cameroun and Ghana and managing director for Africa and Regional markets.
