Okwagbe lauds Oborevwori on Delta projects

A chieftain of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Oviri Okeimute Okwagbe, has hailed Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for engaging Julius Berger Nigeria Limited in the construction of Warri/ Effurun megalopolis, flyover bridges and expansion of roads in the state at the cost of N78 billion.
    
While addressing newsmen, Olorogun Okeimute Okwagbe, who is also the Esama of Ukepidi kingdom, said the decision of the governor to award to Julius Berger show that Oborevwori has fulfilled his promise to give Warri/Uvwie a facelift, and is a clear indication that the governor wants the best for the state.
     
He stressed that the approval of N78 billion contracts is a welcome development, stressing that it would help in solving the gridlock in the cities, which would bring immense joy and satisfaction to the people.
     
Okwagbe added that the governor’s choice of Julius Berger Construction Company shows that he is a man that believes in high quality, and a leader that is truly looking into the plight of his people. He said that Oborevwori believes that these projects would surpass that of the former governor of Edo state, Governor Samuel Ogbemudia.
