The National General Secretary of National Union of Pensioners (NUP), Elder Actor Zal has warned Adamawa State Governor, Mohammed Jibrilla Bindow to pay all state pensioners or lose their votes in the governorship election.

Zal who spoke at the weekend in Yola during the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) stakeholders’ forum said that pensioners will only support governors that are up to date in payments of pensions.

The NUP chief scribe who lamented that some members are owed three years, said defaulting governors do not merit the votes of pensioners.
