PDP accuses APC of trying to rig election in Kogi with financial inducement


The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the All Progressive Congress (APC) of allegedly trying to induce voters in Kogi with cash in Saturday’s governorship elections.

The PDP made the allegation in a statement on their X handle.

“The people of Kogi State have busted plots by the @OfficialAPCNg to use financial inducement to rig the on-going governorship election in the State.

“Documents circulating on social media exposed how the APC planned to compromise Security Agents,

“The alertness of the people of Kogi State is commendable as they resist anti-democratic forces in their State.“

Saturday’s governorship elections are held in Kogi, Bayelsa and Imo States.
