President Muhammadu Buhari may be “very ill” but he attended “prayers last Friday,” according to The Guardian’s sources in London.

• CAN, Emir urge prayers for quick recovery
• Arewa youths flay northern politicians over president’s health

President Muhammadu Buhari may be “very ill” but he attended “prayers last Friday,” according to The Guardian’s sources in London.

One of the sources said on Wednesday: “The man is alive, but not okay. He is very ill. He is probably not going home soon.”

For Buhari to have attended the mosque indicates that he is not dead, and that though he may be sick, he is getting well.

When told by the reporter that The Guardian was just hoping the president was fit and coming home soon as Nigerians had been repeatedly told, one of the sources noted: “he comes out in the evenings, but is very ill.”

Asked if by “outside” he meant the front of the house, the source shook his head to the contrary, to indicate the back of the house.

The second source then disclosed: “he went for prayers on Friday. I saw about four cars” leaving Abuja House. “Maybe that was him,” the source added.

One of the president’s men came towards the gate around 5:07 p.m., beckoning to the reporter to “come.” He then asked: “Are you interested in your president dying?” When the reporter said “no” and that “that is why we are here” to seek the truth, he then said:” If you want your president dead, you will be disappointed. The president is hale and hearty. He will be returning soon.” He then rained abuse on The Guardian’s reporter before walking back inside.

Meanwhile, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has once again urged Christians and Nigerians in general not to cease praying for Buhari until he returns to the country hale and hearty.

CAN President; Rev. Samson Olasupo Ayokunle reminded Christians that it is their responsibility to pray for the country and its leaders all the time. He urged them to also pray for the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo.

In a statement by his Special Assistant (Media and Communications), Pastor Adebayo Oladeji, Ayokunle said: “I call on all well-meaning Nigerians, especially Christians not to cease praying for President Buhari as he takes further rest as advised by his doctors until he returns to the country hale and hearty to continue his good works.

Also, the Emir of Gwandu and Chairman of Kebbi State Traditional Council, Alhaji Muhammed Illiyasu Bashar urged Nigerians to continue praying for Buhari and the country in general.

According to the emir, who made the call at the 10th matriculation of the Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, leaders need prayers, not abuse to succeed.

Also yesterday, the Arewa Youth Forum (AYF) accused politicians of northern extraction of politicising Buhari’s health, saying some governors were already positioning themselves for personal political gains on the fallout.

In a statement, the National President of AYF, Alhaji Gambo Ibrahim Gujungu, the youths threatened to expose the identities of the political bigwigs in the north associated with politicking with Buhari’s ill health and how they are now positioning themselves due to the uncertainty over the president’s health.

This headline is misleading. The reporters never mentioned seeing PMB themselves.. The car movement may be “make believe”.
I don’t think PMB is dead, but it is obvious he is very I’ll. No reporter or member of the public has sighted him physically.

Mr smart, your statement is even worse as it has said nothing… only promoting falsehood. the President is not very well. This must be making you happy. it might soon be your turn as you are human too!

Dead or alive, Nigeria will NEVER have pdpigs back in power, in any form!

Dead or Alive, ill or healthy, it is right for them to state a specific fact about it, rather than contradicting themselves day after day. Today some party members visited him, tomorrow he called some people, day after tomorrow he is at the mosque, and so on. Let the Government come out straight and clear the air

I hope PMB remembered to say the following prayers for those wishing him dead: “Ya Allah, please forgive them for they know not what they are doing. Forgive them for playing God. I wish them well, and I truly love them which is why I am fighting so hard, touching so many untouchables, just so we could have a better Nigeria. Ameen”

PMB can not pray as you hope becos he is not a christian but a muslim. Jesus Christ prayed that prayer when He was on the cross. Muslim’s Allah is not Christian’s God

May you be guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ (may Allah be pleased with him) to pray as he taught his followers to pray as they have seen him pray. He prayed to his Creator and gave Him all credits. Remember “The power to heal does not come from me but from my…”? If you agree with me so far, then it would be easier for you to accept the answers to the following questions:
Q: To whom did Jesus Christ pray?
A: To the Lord, his God, his Creator.
Q: Can you pray to a power that is not immeasurably far greater than yours?
        A: No.
Q:To whom did he give all credits?
        A: To his Creator.
Q: Did he ever tell anyone that he was God?
        A: Never.
That is the same Almighty God that Muslims pray to. And we recognize and respect all his Prophets including Jesus Christ (may Allah be please with them all).
        May Allah guide you aright.

Christians and Muslims pray to the same God, God all mighty even blessed Ishmael and his descendants up until today. If you even go back to scriptures the part about him and his descendants being a thorn to his brother and their descendants side was a curse to Abraham and Sarah for not trusting in God’s words. We are all praying to the same God.

Jesus Christ is God from God (the eternal Son of God) who became incarnate as a man therefore assuming all the weaknesses and limitations of an ordinary human being. It is a wonderful and glorious mystery which no human being can understand; you can only receive it by faith.

Christ is not a diseased / epileptic / war-mongering / murderous / paedophile / rapist / liar / illiterate / low life false prophet like Mohammed whom you are following to your destruction.

Jesus is more than a prophet; he is the son of God, who took the form of a man to save man from sin. Unlike Mohammed, he had no wife; had no house; had no so fought no battle; never defended himself; worked miracles and healed diseases; never fell ill; surrendered to die and by his blood earned mankind access to God; he came back to life the 3rd day after death and lives in heaven forever. No comparison at all.

The President did several rounds of chemotherapy and that’s why he is ill. The aggressive treatment put him to nearly comatose state bcs of the amount of treatment and his age. He is alive but will take weeks if not months before he can come home. When he previously visited the U.K. the plan was already set in motion, he had to go home prepare his body and mind and come back for the treatment. He is alive but very very very weak. We must all Pray for his safe return.

Every thing points towards a likely diagnosis of Malignancy (Cancer) as the disease affecting Buhari. May he recover from it, Amen, Aaamina!

Hold the CIA responsible for poisoning Buhari ….. I am surprised he is still alive… the poison used on Buhari was meant to kill him

Almighty God is the giver and taker of life, people’s opinion and wishes is immaterial to God. What counts before God is prayer and He (God) instructed us to always pray for our leaders.
May God Almighty, the all knowing God visit our President for speedy recovery.
