Having led Reftop Homes to become one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in Nigeria and Africa, Dr. David Didier Assogba-Lissassi has emerged as the Auditor 2, Lagos State Chapter of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).

He will be serving under Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, who also emerged as the Lagos State Chairman, of the Association. Aspire leads the Lagos REDAN transformation team.

Assogba-Lissassi holds a doctorate in Business Management/Estate Management from Highstone International University, California, USA, with experience spanning various real estate and leadership positions.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Reftop Homes Limited, a company he has led to become one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in Nigeria and Africa.

Over the years he has established a strategic roadmap for Reftop Homes, resulting in the acquisition and development of high-value property and secured multi-billion naira contracts and joint ventures through successful negotiations.

Also, through his innovative skills, he has implemented cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experience at Reftop Homes and founded and successfully led Topvest, Reftop Construction and Agro Hubs, (a subsidiary of Reftop Homes).

Similarly, Assogba-Lissassi founded and led Sunwell Design, a highly successful interior decoration company, which achieved consistent revenue growth through a comprehensive business strategy.

Through his various entrepreneurial ventures he has built a strong reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality project delivery, having empowered over 2,000 Nigerians to achieve land ownership through Reftop Homes.

He has further bolstered his expertise through various diplomas in project management, business operations, and marketing.
