Religious leaders under the Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria (CCRN) in the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos have revealed plans to host a four days prayer over insecurity and other challenges facing the nation.

The event with the theme, “Stand Your Ground,” which began yesterday and ends on Thursday, November 10, 2019, at the International Trade Fair Complex, along the Badagry Expressway, Lagos has over 50,000 persons in attendance.

Archdiocesan service Team chairman, Uche Anyanwu, said, “Because of the socio-political situation in the country, people don’t gather to pray anymore as they used to do in the past.

“This is why we are gathering together to pray for peace in the country. The conference will host not only Catholics but also everyone who believes in the overall good and progress of Nigeria.
Reverend Pascal Nwaezeapu also urged everyone to take the conference seriously, lamenting that most Nigerians have lost faith in the country.
