Abiodun reappoints SSG, Deputy Chief of Staff
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appointed Abimbola Salau-Hundeyin as Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Tayo Ayinde as Chief of Staff (CoS) and Gboyega Shoyanwo as Deputy CoS.
A statement, yesterday, by the Head of Service (HoS), Hakeem Muri-Okunola, stated that Salau-Hundeyin, a solicitor of the Supreme Court, has over three decades of experience at the Bar.
Muri-Okunola said: “She is an astute business, human and economic resources manager who has great passion for excellence.
The HoS said both Ayinde and Soyannwo were re-appointed having served in the governor’s administration with diligence and great commitment during the first term.
The HoS, who expressed optimism that the knowledge, experience and capacity of the appointees would put them in good stead to serve diligently, urged the appointees to continue the delivery of selfless, effective and efficient service to the good people of Lagos State.
“These are the first set of appointments made by the governor during his second term in office. The appointments take effect yesterday, June 8, 2023,” Muri-Okunola said.
SIMILARLY, Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has re-appointed the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Tokunbo Talabi, for another term in office.
This was confirmed in a statement, yesterday, by Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Waheed Adesina.
Also, the government has re-appointed Dr. Toyin Taiwo as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor.
The appointments, according to the statement, take immediate effect.
