Saraki, other PDP members meet Obasanjo
Nigeria’s former president Olusegun Obasanjo Tuesday received the company of former Senate President Bukola Saraki and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Reconciliation Committee and Strategy.
Saraki, who heads the committee, and other members arrived at Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), in Abeokuta, Ogun State, at about 12:12 p.m. on Tuesday.
They are currently having a closed-door meeting as of the time of this report.
The agenda for the meeting is still unclear, but, might not be unrelated to 2023 politicking.
PREMIUM TIMES reported that the meeting is aimed at ensuring the former president endorse the candidate of the PDP in 2023.
