
Former pupils of Olowora Primary School, Isheri, Ugbebor, and Abdulraheem are Mind Builders High School (MBHS) Scholarship Ambassadors for the 2018/2019 and 2021/2022 sessions.
The duo, who are now enjoying full scholarship, while on a sensitisation visit to their former school, encouraging pupils to take their studies seriously, stressing that the full scholarships they now enjoy were on account of their hard work, and dedication to studies and perseverance.
The scholarship ambassadors advised their former schoolmates to place a high premium on moral values, stressing that such constitutes a huge part of success requirements.
Both the head teacher of Olowora Primary School, Mr. Ajibulu, and his assistant, Mrs. Ikeji commended the management of MBHS for the initiative, and urge the pupils to emulate the two beneficiaries, by keying into the scheme.
Ikeji specifically praised the school’s management for the scholarship opportunities, which she described as “very rare to find among the top private schools in the neighbourhood.”
The Vice-Principal of MBHS, Mr. Sunmonu, explained the benefits of the scholarship scheme to pupils, stressing that they can only stand the chance of benefitting from it with diligence, hard work, and brilliance.
He advised the pupils to imbibe the spirit of hard work early in life, belief in themselves and their ability to break new grounds, and never trivialise their studies.
