Nigerians residing abroad, especially in the United Kingdom, have been encouraged to explore investment opportunities in the real estate sector as a means of building and securing their wealth.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Akintayo Adaralegbe, gave the advice at an exhibition in Woolwich, London.

The real estate entrepreneur encouraged Nigerians living outside the country to take advantage of investment opportunities in T.Pumpy’s landed property back home, as a way to reconnect with their roots and build wealth.

Adaralegbe reassured potential investors from the diaspora of the company’s commitment to delivering on its promises. He revealed that the firm is currently offering a 40 per cent discount on lands for UK-based subscribers as part of a special promotion running in the month of August. He said the offer applies to property in the Federal Capital Territory, Ekiti, Oyo, and Kwara states.

While emphasising the significance of investing in property in Nigeria, he said: “If you are interested in investing back home, I would strongly recommend considering property. It’s a secure investment.

“Nobody has invested in our property back home and accused us of fraud. That will never happen. The issue we have is the issue of trust. If you can trust us, I promise you 100 per cent that you will never be disappointed with us,” he said.

Renowned Nollywood stars Femi Adebayo and Tayo Odueke, also known as Sikiratu Sindodo, made an appearance at the event, sharing their perspectives on the significance of investing in Nigerian real estate, while also highlighting the company’s track record.
