Securing banking’s future: Expert, Timothy Ogundola’s harps on quantum resistant cryptographic systems

‎A financial expert, Mr Timothy Ogundola, has reiterated the need for laying the foundation for a secure banking future.

Mr Ogundola who said his work in quantum resistant cryptographic systems is not just a response to a theoretical risk, but a proactive solution to an inevitable transformation.

According to him, framework anticipates the computing power of future quantum machines and designs resilient algorithms to counter them.

He said his research which focuses on quantum safe key exchange protocols and digital signatures that can be seamlessly integrated into existing digital banking systems is already being explored by fintech institutions and cybersecurity think tanks for early adoption.

With an eye on scalability, he assured that this innovations remain practical for both large scale commercial banks and emerging digital first financial platforms.

Mr Ogundola, emphasised that security is not just about encryption, it’s about trust.
