The Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Hajiya Ireti Heebah Kingibe, has extended warm Christmas and New Year greetings to residents of Abuja and all Nigerians, urging them to embrace unity, hope, and resilience during this festive season.

In a Christmas message released on December 24, 2024, and signed by her Senior Special Assistant on Media, Kennedy Mbele, Senator Kingibe described the season as a time for reflection, gratitude, and renewed hope for a better future.

She praised the youths in her constituency for their determination and passion for progress, describing them as the heartbeat of the nation.

“I commend the bold steps taken by our youths in search of a brighter future. Your passion continues to galvanize our collective vision for a prosperous Nigeria. May this season inspire you to pursue your dreams with renewed zeal and purpose,” she said.

Kingibe also lauded the contributions of women, celebrating their strength, wisdom, and sacrifices in nation-building.

“To our great women, your indispensable roles and efforts to break barriers are deeply appreciated. I promise to always stand with you and support you in all your endeavors,” she said.

She urged all residents to uphold values of kindness, compassion, and sharing, emphasizing that these qualities will help unite Nigerians in overcoming challenges and building a brighter future.
“As we celebrate this season, let us remain hopeful and determined. Together, we can create a future that reflects our hopes and aspirations,” she added.

Kingibe prayed that the Christmas season would bring peace and joy to every home and that the New Year would usher in growth, success, and prosperity.
