Poised for his leadership and philanthropy, Seyi Tinubu is expected to be honoured with the Inspiring Youth Ambassador Award at the forthcoming 12th yearly TMnews Summit and Awards.
The organisers of the summit said Tinubu has not only championed causes that uplift communities but has also given practical meaning to the idea of youth inclusion in national development.
His selection, they said, is no coincidence, as he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to humanitarian service, youth empowerment, and social development.
“Over the years, he has initiated and supported numerous projects that provide platforms, resources, and opportunities for young people to thrive, thereby positioning him as a dynamic role model for Nigeria’s next generation,” the organisers said.
They added that the award acknowledges his dedication to empowering young Nigerians and inspiring them to embrace service, leadership, and responsibility.
The high-profile event, scheduled for October 19, 2025, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, with the theme: “Securing the Future: A Collaborative Approach to Community Safety,” will gather ministers, security chiefs, policymakers, industry leaders, and humanitarian advocates for dialogue, collaboration, and recognition of excellence. The Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Adron Groups, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, will serve as Chief Host, while the National President of ACOMORAN, Alhaji Samsudeen Apelogun, has been announced as Chairman of the Day.
Tinubu, who will serve as a Keynote Speaker, will pass a message at the summit that is expected to resonate deeply with the theme, as it will reflect the urgent need for collaborative approaches between government, security institutions, and the youth in securing a safer and more sustainable future.
Among dignitaries expected are the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola (CON); Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo; Minister of Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande; Minister of Transportation, Hon. Sa’idu Alkali; and Minister of State for Health, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako. Also attending is Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade (Triple-A), alongside top security chiefs and corporate leaders.
Speaking about the summit, Editor-in-Chief and Executive Producer of TMnews Summit, Temidayo Babalola, said: “Barrister Seyi Tinubu’s inclusion as a Guest Speaker reflects the core of what TMnews Summit represents, which is leadership, responsibility, and collaboration. His efforts in youth empowerment and humanitarian development align perfectly with this year’s theme, making his voice not just relevant but essential to the conversation.”
