Shun crime, focus on self-development, Industrialist urges Nigeria youths

Nigerian youths have been urged to channel their efforts to activities that would enhance their personal development instead of Indulging in social vices and crime.

Mr. Ebuka Onunkwo, Chief Executive Officer, Seahorse Lubricant Industries Ltd gave the charge while speaking to newsmen shortly after the company unveiled a notable social media influencer, Darlington Ibekwe, as its brand ambassador.

According to him, “Nigeria is one of the countries in the world that has a high number of talented youths. But these youths lack quality opportunity and gaudiance to excel due to prevalent socio-economic challenges in the country.”

He stated that aside from creating employment opportunities for the youths, “continous training, orientation and economic empowerment will enable our youths compete at par with their counterparts across the world.”

And speaking on the ambassadorship award and the company’s achievements, Onunkwo said, “our partnership with Darlington Chidera Ibekwe is expected to yield even more positive results and strengthen our brand’s presence in Nigeria.”
