The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has officially granted Supply Smart, a subsidiary of Wild Fusion Holdings, an Agency Banking License.

The approval signifies a pivotal moment in the company’s efforts to bolster financial inclusion by offering accessible banking services to underserved areas in Nigeria.

Wild Fusion, the parent company of Supply Smart, has established itself as a trailblazer in digital marketing and innovation across Africa.

The new license positions Supply Smart as a key player in Nigeria’s financial sector, enabling it to bridge the gap between traditional banking and underserved communities leveraging its proprietary Fintech Solution.

Founded in 2010 as a digital agency, Wild Fusion quickly grew into a multinational operation with a strong presence in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya.

Over the years, Wild Fusion Holdings has evolved beyond digital marketing and training venturing into fintech to address critical financial gaps in Africa.

Its portfolio includes Loanspot Africa, a Lending Infrastructure Company committed to simplifying access to credit. With the addition of Supply Smart’s licensed agency banking operations, Wild Fusion is poised to reshape the country’s financial services landscape.

Abasiama Idaresit, CEO of Wild Fusion Holdings, expressed his excitement: “Securing this license is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation. With a licensed Agency Banking Subsidiary and a Lending Infrastructure Company, we are driving financial technology adoption and expanding access to essential financial services.

As part of Wild Fusion Holdings, the company is dedicated to leveraging technology and innovation to create lasting impact in Africa’s economic and digital future.
