According to a report commissioned through its platform, Traca.ng, majority of the projects were over-bloated.
It added that citizens were not carried along in the conception and execution of the projects, making them less valuable.
The Programme Manager, Budgit Nigeria, Gabriel Okeowo, yesterday in Abuja noted that of the 1,228 projects tracked in 374 council areas, 478 have been completed, 200 ongoing, 364 yet to commence while 13 were abandoned.
